| With a primary mission of the Boys Club to
help boys of all backgrounds develop the qualities needed to become
responsible men, the Board of Directors is established as a fully
representative group of the community it serves. Members are identified with
special capabilities and talents within the community that will allow the
Board to function with maximum effectiveness. Board members are nominated by
the membership and a Board Development Committee considers each nomination
and then makes a recommendation to the full Board. Board Officers
